Mark Murphey Henry

Rated as AV-Preeminent™ in both legal ability and ethics, Mark's expertise is in solving complex problems for a diverse client base. He is a registered patent attorney and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in agricultural law. He works with many university institutions and international companies to protect agricultural seed technology. Mark teaches agricultural biotechnology law in the LL.M. program at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. 

He also works with a wide array of vendors who sell to the nation's largest retailer, and he can help when a conflict or dispute with Walmart arises.  

COURT ADMISSIONS

Mark’s federal court litigation experience is extensive and includes patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret lawsuits, enforcement of non-competition agreements, corporate dissolutions, business contracts, insurance contracts, and education law matters. He is also corporate counsel to the top-ranked public high school in Arkansas. 

He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Federal Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. District Court of Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the Arkansas Supreme Court. He also practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board in Cancellation and Opposition Proceedings.

Adam L. Hopkins

Adam has been an attorney with our firm for more than a decade. He works with various companies and business owners in complex litigation, particularly in the federal court area. He has handled a broad variety of cases, ranging from trademark and patent infringement to multimillion-dollar contractual disputes. His clients include numerous universities from around the country, multinational companies headquartered internationally, as well as local small- and medium-sized businesses in the Walmart vendor community.

In working with appeals, he has a record of success in arguing appeals before the Arkansas Supreme Court. Adam received his undergraduate degree (BSBA-accounting) and law degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

He is licensed to practice before various courts, including the Arkansas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the District of Colorado. He has managed litigation in federal courts across the country including in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

Reid Murry

Reid graduated from law school and clerked for our firm for two years prior to joining as an attorney. In addition to working with the firm, Reid is actively pursuing his Master of Laws in intellectual property law in Chicago at DePaul University. He works with trademarks and copyright matters.
